Especially by 1st January as IMO 2020 Sulphur Cap Regulations came into force, we’re well aware of the importance of the bunker quality and;

  1. While having the quotation, we try to do our best investigation of the bunker quality at subject port/point,
  2. We compare above and the price between other bunker points closer to the asked port,
  3. We advise our opinion whether to appoint an Independent Surveyor or not,
  4. We provide (highest accuracy) reference “Bunker Certificate of Quality Specs” of the bunker at each inquiry – without exception.
  5. We provide official (Proof of payment to the Suppliers) NOC/LOI document letterhead-signed by the related physical supplier.

At the very lowest possibility, “IF” any dispute or issue arises between the Barge/Suppliers and the Vessel/Owners, we always and invariable contactable 7/24 during and right after the supply operation, where standing again on our independent speciality, by showing the maximum effort for the best acceptable and amicable solution.
